I purchased a software from Supply Center on October 4, 1993. Shortly after using it, I experienced has a manufacturing defect. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Gavin K. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

May 07, 2025 05:44After speaking with Michael Johnson from the Consumer Affairs at Supply Center, I was told they would escalate my case, but it's been 5 days with no follow-up. This level of customer service is disappointing.
