I have been a loyal customer of Supply Center for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered accessory (order #ORD-5720-ESB-2225) on September 26, 2005, and have encountered discovered hidden fees. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
