Poor customer service experience with Supply Center

I am writing regarding order #ORD-3183-IDQ-8831 placed with Supply Center on June 3, 1986. I paid $976.15 for product, but when it arrived, I discovered faced system outages. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Ernest D. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

May 06, 2025 05:36I want to acknowledge that Supply Center has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $255.12 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $255.12 for a winter coat that never worked properly.
