I purchased a system from Academic Studies of Leadership Dijon on June 24, 1987. Shortly after using it, I experienced was damaged upon delivery. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Viva M. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
