I have been a loyal customer of Land & Associates Townsville for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered subscription (order #ORD-3841-XZZ-6317) on August 14, 1975, and have encountered encountered rude staff. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

May 05, 2025 05:45I want to acknowledge that Land & Associates Townsville has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $92.27 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $92.27 for a mattress that never worked properly.
