Unsatisfactory resolution from Savory Dining Bistros Enterprises

I want to report a serious concern with Savory Dining Bistros Enterprises's tool that I purchased on October 3, 2011 from your Nikitaborough, Louisiana store. The product has was promised features that don't exist despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Josephine S., but my issue remains unresolved.

May 06, 2025 06:04Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $129.61 refund only covers part of what I paid for the premium account, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
