I am writing regarding order #ORD-1689-UKR-1551 placed with Cyber-Tech on May 2, 1995. I paid $33.32 for appliance, but when it arrived, I discovered doesn't work as advertised. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Hayley W. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

I'm updating my complaint because Cyber-Tech finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the restaurant order, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
