On December 30, 2011, I signed up for Cyber-Tech's support package at their Cecilehaven, Idaho location. I was told that the service would include item, but after paying $84.33, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Golda C. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
