I want to report a serious concern with Cyber-Tech's solution that I purchased on March 25, 2025 from your Freddymouth, North Dakota store. The product has arrived significantly late despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Leilani W., but my issue remains unresolved.
