I am writing regarding order #ORD-4244-KHP-9386 placed with Education Studies San Diego on December 26, 1974. I paid $227.29 for device, but when it arrived, I discovered encountered rude staff. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Dixie Z. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

May 13, 2025 05:42Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $222.95 refund only covers part of what I paid for the customer support plan, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
