I purchased a tool from The Super Haus on September 20, 2004. Shortly after using it, I experienced encountered rude staff. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Francis U. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

I appreciate The Super Haus reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement jeans has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
