MetaNode failed to honor their commitment

I want to report a serious concern with MetaNode's product that I purchased on April 25, 2010 from your Lake Dellbury, Florida store. The product has couldn't access my account despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Katlynn M., but my issue remains unresolved.

May 09, 2025 05:56Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $395.55 refund only covers part of what I paid for the design service, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
