I'm writing to complain about the upgrade service I received from Practice, Practice & Associates. After paying $464.99 for item, I found that it has poor quality. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Kendall A., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

May 26, 2025 06:00It's now been 10 days since my initial complaint, and Practice, Practice & Associates still hasn't addressed the core issue. I've received generic responses that don't actually solve my problem with their repair service.
