I have been a loyal customer of Practice, Practice & Associates for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered item (order #ORD-6837-GRW-7303) on November 10, 1978, and have encountered has a manufacturing defect. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

I appreciate Practice, Practice & Associates reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement grocery order has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
