I am writing regarding order #ORD-5769-VWP-3953 placed with Development Alliance LLC on December 14, 2017. I paid $616.36 for item, but when it arrived, I discovered had repeated billing errors. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Bill P. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

May 19, 2025 05:13Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $432.34 refund only covers part of what I paid for the repair service, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
