Poor customer service experience with Luxury Residence Development Corp.

I have been a loyal customer of Luxury Residence Development Corp. for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered appliance (order #ORD-2296-QTO-7584) on September 2, 2016, and have encountered stopped working after two weeks. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

May 11, 2025 05:43I want to acknowledge that Luxury Residence Development Corp. has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $143.42 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $143.42 for a vacuum cleaner that never worked properly.
