I purchased a item from Luxury Residence Development Corp. on February 7, 2005. Shortly after using it, I experienced faced system outages. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Haylie F. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
