I have been a loyal customer of EliteTraining for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered package (order #ORD-6817-CLE-2148) on September 3, 1992, and have encountered is not compatible as claimed. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The fitness tracker from EliteTraining not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
