I purchased a subscription from EliteTraining on June 4, 2005. Shortly after using it, I experienced faced system outages. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Nels G. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

I appreciate ComplaintNest's assistance with this matter. Since filing this complaint, EliteTraining has been much more responsive, though we still haven't reached a satisfactory resolution regarding their extended warranty.
