On July 4, 1988, I signed up for Secure-Bot Kazan's customer support at their Morganville, Texas location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $49.59, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Heber M. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
