I have been a loyal customer of Secure-Bot Kazan for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered product (order #ORD-1165-QFQ-5076) on June 17, 2010, and have encountered has a manufacturing defect. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

I'm still waiting for a resolution on this issue. It's been over a week since I filed this complaint about Secure-Bot Kazan. Can someone please provide an update?
