Hidden fees discovered from Remedy Alliance

I am writing regarding order #ORD-8037-WEP-7373 placed with Remedy Alliance on April 20, 2001. I paid $863.61 for membership, but when it arrived, I discovered was damaged upon delivery. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Delilah J. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
