I have been a loyal customer of Remedy Alliance for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered item (order #ORD-3429-XNE-3134) on April 14, 1987, and have encountered experienced frequent disconnections. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

I'm updating my complaint because Remedy Alliance finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the headphones, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
