I want to report a serious concern with Housing & Development's service that I purchased on January 23, 1975 from your South Athenaview, Arkansas store. The product has had repeated billing errors despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Jeffrey A., but my issue remains unresolved.

An update to my situation: I've now spoken with three different representatives from Housing & Development, and each has given me conflicting information about how to resolve the issue with my blender. This is extremely frustrating.
