Billing dispute with Wisdom Training

I have been a loyal customer of Wisdom Training for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered product (order #ORD-5162-UWU-3073) on January 25, 2018, and have encountered was denied a refund. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

May 07, 2025 05:41I've received an email from Jordan Lewis at Wisdom Training offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The sweater was clearly defective from the start.
