I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Karli W., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

An update to my situation: I've now spoken with three different representatives from Wisdom Training, and each has given me conflicting information about how to resolve the issue with my athletic shoes. This is extremely frustrating.
