I have been a loyal customer of Wisdom Training for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered system (order #ORD-3362-QEQ-3612) on September 17, 1974, and have encountered was damaged upon delivery. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

I appreciate Wisdom Training reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement fitness tracker has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
