I am writing regarding order #ORD-2464-MDE-3935 placed with Residence of Superior LLC on May 7, 2011. I paid $279.55 for gadget, but when it arrived, I discovered encountered rude staff. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Vern J. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

After speaking with Linda Hernandez from the Quality Assurance at Residence of Superior LLC, I was told they would escalate my case, but it's been 5 days with no follow-up. This level of customer service is disappointing.
