I purchased a subscription from Classic Ventures Holdings on April 27, 2023. Shortly after using it, I experienced faced system outages. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Cecilia U. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

May 23, 2025 06:00After my initial complaint, Classic Ventures Holdings contacted me to troubleshoot the coffee maker. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
