I purchased a account from Classic Ventures Holdings on March 28, 1988. Shortly after using it, I experienced couldn't access my account. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Abigale R. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
