I have been a loyal customer of Housing & Partners for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered subscription (order #ORD-3030-ZBV-1804) on August 16, 2015, and have encountered encountered rude staff. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

I appreciate ComplaintNest's assistance with this matter. Since filing this complaint, Housing & Partners has been much more responsive, though we still haven't reached a satisfactory resolution regarding their customer support plan.
