I'm writing to complain about the exchange program I received from Defense Counsel, Counsel. After paying $338.9 for membership, I found that it doesn't work as advertised. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Brannon G., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.
