Unsatisfactory resolution from Law Associates

On October 16, 1976, I signed up for Law Associates's setup assistance at their South Aurore, Wyoming location. I was told that the service would include item, but after paying $330.31, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Alene K. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
