Hidden fees discovered from Nano Networks

On May 5, 2008, I signed up for Nano Networks's warranty service at their North Buddy, Virginia location. I was told that the service would include item, but after paying $114.45, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Vaughn H. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

May 19, 2025 06:04I've received an email from Michael Thompson at Nano Networks offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The catering service was clearly defective from the start.
