Nano Networks tech support failed to resolve issue

I want to report a serious concern with Nano Networks's service that I purchased on February 16, 2015 from your Chadburgh, New Jersey store. The product has experienced long delays despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Terrence K., but my issue remains unresolved.

May 06, 2025 05:12I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The meal delivery from Nano Networks not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
