I purchased a solution from Practice Services on April 9, 1976. Shortly after using it, I experienced received incorrect information. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Kaleigh J. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

May 05, 2025 05:27Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $297.44 refund only covers part of what I paid for the customer support plan, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
