I have been a loyal customer of Practice Services for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered service (order #ORD-9270-LWL-2872) on January 31, 2005, and have encountered had repeated billing errors. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The smartwatch from Practice Services not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
