Complaint Details

I want to report a serious concern with SmartRetail's package that I purchased on November 20, 1985 from your Vandervortshire, Michigan store. The product has was damaged upon delivery despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Leora V., but my issue remains unresolved.
