SmartRetail provided defective product

I want to report a serious concern with SmartRetail's plan that I purchased on May 25, 2002 from your Port Lonie, West Virginia store. The product has has a manufacturing defect despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Savanna C., but my issue remains unresolved.
