I want to report a serious concern with HarmonyLife LLC's equipment that I purchased on March 2, 2025 from your McLaughlinhaven, Missouri store. The product has is missing essential components despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Noel O., but my issue remains unresolved.
