Misleading advertising by Prestige Development

On February 23, 2021, I signed up for Prestige Development's warranty service at their Wisozkmouth, Ohio location. I was told that the service would include plan, but after paying $639.96, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Cloyd S. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
