Delayed delivery from Prestige Development

I purchased a application from Prestige Development on March 31, 2024. Shortly after using it, I experienced was denied a refund. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Hershel T. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

May 09, 2025 05:54I want to acknowledge that Prestige Development has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $460.20 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $460.20 for a vacuum cleaner that never worked properly.
