Hidden fees discovered from Development & Group

On July 29, 2004, I signed up for Development & Group's setup assistance at their Gorczanyburgh, Minnesota location. I was told that the service would include application, but after paying $253.7, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Desiree N. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
