Quality issues with Development & Group product

I want to report a serious concern with Development & Group's item that I purchased on May 9, 2019 from your Leoneville, Montana store. The product has is missing essential components despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Bernardo Y., but my issue remains unresolved.

May 22, 2025 05:21I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The furniture set from Development & Group not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
