On April 26, 2021, I signed up for Innovative Craft & Sons Juárez's delivery service at their Russellview, New Mexico location. I was told that the service would include account, but after paying $956.34, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Frieda V. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

May 18, 2025 06:02I've received an email from Patricia Walker at Innovative Craft & Sons Juárez offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The camera was clearly defective from the start.
