I have been a loyal customer of United-Build for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered tool (order #ORD-9089-JXP-8875) on November 3, 2019, and have encountered encountered rude staff. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

Apr 26, 2025 06:01I want to acknowledge that United-Build has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $286.86 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $286.86 for a catering service that never worked properly.
