I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Marilie D. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

May 12, 2025 05:29I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The kitchen knife set from Luxury Habitat Nonthaburi not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
