I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Marilie D. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The kitchen knife set from Luxury Habitat Nonthaburi not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
