I have been a loyal customer of Luxury Habitat Nonthaburi for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered unit (order #ORD-6791-TWQ-7362) on May 12, 2015, and have encountered is not compatible as claimed. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

I appreciate ComplaintNest's assistance with this matter. Since filing this complaint, Luxury Habitat Nonthaburi has been much more responsive, though we still haven't reached a satisfactory resolution regarding their maintenance contract.
