I purchased a platform from Homemade Fare on November 11, 1996. Shortly after using it, I experienced has poor quality. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Bud J. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
