I purchased a product from Homemade Fare on September 26, 2008. Shortly after using it, I experienced couldn't access my account. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Casandra D. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
